It's a short lil ova coming in at just a touch over 10 minutes but in those 10 minutes is a fun interesting lil' robot shooter anime. Hoi Hoi-san takes place in the future where all bugs are immune to insecticides so the pharmaceutical companies developed tiny robots that are designed and programed to go around and kill bugs with tiny lil' weapons. Sounds cool and it is. I actually wish there was more and while there is the manga and soon to be released toy version of Hoi Hoi-san I just want more animated Hoi Hoi-san dang it. There isn't much of a plot sales girl is freaked out about the doll that she loves and has a hard time selling them and Otaku boy buys a couple other dolls to play with Hoi Hoi-san with rather disastrous affects.
