What could this be an unknown to me Hyakko OAD? Why yes yes it is. Bundled with the Fifth Volume of the School Comedy Manga in Japan this single episode of Hyakko is a fun little expansion of the anime series that finds the two least likely characters hanging out together.
Sadly it's only a 10 minute episode but with that 10 minutes we have Torako the spirited blond dragging the book worm Touma to a new Cake Cafe after Touma finds out that her favorite cafe to hang out and read books in peace went bankrupt. While at the Cake Cafe Torako and Touma share some cakes thanks to a gift certificate that Torako "won". The ladies share in a number of very nice slices of cakes even having a good bit of Yuri innuendo. The cake cafe is just what Touma is looking for since it's close to her book store and is ended empty except for the two girls and the young lady server who is more interested in her hand-held gaming device and the old man who only washes a glass in the shadows while the girls are there.
The episode ends after the girls have eaten a slice of every cake available and Torako notices the prime and proper Tatsuki walking by and calls her up so that she could also join the girls for more cake.
If you liked Hyakko like I did you'll definitely want to check out the OAD as well if you haven't checked out Hyakko yet what the heck are you waiting for. It's a fun enjoyable 10 minutes and your left wanting more again. I still want some one to license the first season dang it.
