Weekly Review

Another week has just flown by and it's been another interesting week as well.  Work has still been crazy with everything going on and I'm still on the fence about what I should do.  The weekend was another awesome weekend but damn tiring as well.  Sunday I was able to catch up on some sleep but I still haven't had any time to catch up on Super GT even though I did finally watch the second half of round 3.  There has been some new race queen content out there which is always nice.

So work,  wow yeah it's been nuts with the whole new management team taking over and we got another more permanent new manager who knows more about how to run a IHG operated hotel so hopefully that will help out a lot but damn it was a constant facepalming week with some of the absolutely stupid shit that has been going on at the hotel.  And a lot of that stuff is just killing our hotel score.  We are going to be so screwed when we get our latest performance scores.  Than again unless the owners cough up some $800K this week it simply wont matter.

It has made me a little bit more motivated to look for another more stable job and thankfully after this last week I'll have some time to do that.  First thing is to check out the O'Rielly autoparts store down the block they have a help wanted poster up.

Thankfully this weekend was a nice break from the crazy work experience.  Saturday was one of the awesome car shows of the valley the first ever Import Revolution car show.  So no (well there was one muscle car) hot rods or American junkers, just sweet sweet Imports.  Needed more Euro Imports and less trashy Hondas but hey it was still great.  I've been working on the pictures the rest of the weekend and I'm almost finished with them.  I'll post about it on the car blog when I get them all finished and uploaded later this week.

On Sunday it was another IMS Dyno day at Motor Mayhem in Meridian, ID it started just about after I finished work so I headed over there after work took some pictures and videos and while I have the pictures uploaded I'll post the full story on the car blog in a couple days.  It was interesting to watch but damn I got tired fast and when the first memory card on the video filled up I called it a day.

Spent the rest of Sunday editing pictures and catching up on sleep thankfully I didn't have to work on Sunday night like I thought I might have to, so that was good.  Now I'm sitting here writing my blog for the week and trying to relax before starting it all over again.

I did get some time to watch some cool videos this week though.
