Boston University's President-in-Residence Program has hosted six former African leaders. One of candidates for the next spot is Ivory Coast's Laurent Gbagbo, who refused to leave office after being voted out, sparking a brief but bloody civil war. Host Liane Hansen speaks with Charles Stith, creator of the program, who has described the program as "a rest home for dictators."
