Good bye another week and good bye another year. That's right it's 2010 and so long 2009 you were a crappy year for everyone which brings me to the end of the week review. Oh wait nothing happened this last week at all. Seriously it was a very boring week. I even had to work on New Year's Eve oh yeah that was a boring night thanks to some of the worst weather in a while. It snowed, it rained and just kept on raining so all of one person came into work. Boring but at least it was quit I guess. Anyways since I don't have any pictures of my own this week you're in luck since that means you get a cute Race Queen to keep you company.
So yeah.... what a week in review, I did it in all in one paragraph. Well maybe there was some other stuff in there as well. Took the roommate's Subaru to a mechanic to get it looked at and found out that it was just a clogged injector that was causing the issue. So thankfully it wasn't a big issue that would cost a crap load of money to get it fixed and while it was in the shop he also had them fix the CV joint and found out that the reason why the headlights keep flicker when you apply the brakes is just the battery needs to be replaced and not the alternator like I thought it might be. Now we are back to car karma square one.
Since I didn't get to celebrate on New Year's Eve I did the next best thing and drank my own damn bottle of champagne...er I mean sparkling wine when I got home. The funny thing is that I usually don't like sparkling wine but I tried Martini & Rossi's Asti which was by far the best sparkling wine that I've ever had. After that I simply crashed out and enjoyed my weekend.
And that pretty much made up my week. Pretty boring for an end of the year week isn't it. Anyways I thought I'd toss you a fun video to make up for it. Actually has anyone else been experiencing problems viewing YouTube videos with Firefox? Yeah Firefox has been crashing just about every time I watch a video of play a flash game. And I haven't found any good ways to fix the problem. Anyways video....
I found this great channel on YouTube that you should check out if you're into Asian cuties and here's a video from that channel...

Zoom goes another week right into the final stretches of the year and next week is Christmas holy cow. Of course that means I need to talk about last week now. This time I decided to wait until pretty much the end of the day to do the review since last Sunday I ended up doing something fun after posting the Weekly Review I also did some more photography work this week as well so you get something other than a Race Queen again.
So after posting the weekly review my roommate and I met up with some friends from the Idaho Motorsports forum for a bit of snow play since it had been snowing pretty good for the last couple of days. We all met up at a fast food joint and headed out to an abandoned warehouse parking lot well off the beaten path and played in the snow a bit until someone from probably the Fedex building next to the Warehouse called the cops and we had a nice little talk with a few officers and were sent on our way.
So that was interesting and all but the snow quickly turned to slush to nothing on the ground again by the end of the week thanks to rain storms during the rest of the week. Friday night I went to one of my roommate's new Dance Studio -- Heirloom Dance Studio and took some pictures for him to place up on his website. I think they turned out OK since I really haven't done much in that area of photography and I'm still only working with the one camera mounted flash. Tried some different things to make it interesting. I got a nice burger out of it. See I really will work for food. You can see all the picture in this set.
This week I also went and took my Grandma's car into have its snow tires put on and talked with her a bit. Yesterday after the anime club meeting which went OK got home and did a bit of drinking with the roommate's and even tried the Hookah out for the first time. Not to bad but you can still smell the smoke in the house and we all have a bit of cleaning up to do.
Last but not painfully least is that earlier in the week my heater blower motor finally crapped out on me so I ended up taking that out of the car on Friday and it was a huge pain in the ass that left me in some pain so now I need to pick up a new motor and put it all back together again.
On that note here's the last video of or snow play from Sunday when the cops showed up.

Did you all have a great St. Paddy's Day this week? I had to work so I got to celebrate a we bit early with my new Nendoroid Yoko and a green beer. I'll have to do a full post on Yoko later the green beer was just beer though so nothing to report on there. Actually I'm lying, the beer is from this morning and I'm drinking it while typing this because I freaking passed out and slept the entire St. Paddy's day away and never got around to drinking my damn green beer until today.
As for what else I did this week I did finally finish project Umbrella when I decided to stop by the local camera place and look for the lamp stand there and they had one for the same price that I found on eBay so saved a bit there and helped the local community too. I'll also post more on that later. I also had to have the car smogged a yearly boring waste of money adventure which of course I passed so spent $15 to waste gas.
This week in TV land I watched the finale of Battlestar Gallactica and thought it was pretty good up until the end and we find out they land on our Earth at the time of early human development. So I don't know I was happy about most of it but meh I think they could have done just a bit more. Of course since I watched that I completely and utterly forgot about something else that I wanted to watch and that was Truth in 24 the freaking awesome documentary of of the 2008 Le Mans 24hr race from Audi's perspective. And you guessed it more on that later as I downloaded it the next day and watched it a bit later.
After that it was pretty much the same old same old. The weather is getting nicer thankfully and things are looking to get more exciting as next week is the first autox event of the year and I get to test out the umbrella for the first time. Oh well that's it for last week wonder how nest week will go.
Don't forget to vote every day for the Moko Top Girl by the way.
