What a week. No really it's been a crazy week both here and around the world. While my week wasn't bad I was definitely glued to the news as one of the largest natural disasters hit Japan over the week and things have not been getting better as their nuclear power generators are having some serious issues. I've already blogged about all of that already so that I can focus the weekly review on my week instead.
I've been reading updates about things happening in Japan and it looks like the first round of the Super GT is still at the moment set to start on the first weekend of April. This might change though but at the moment I'm still happy to see that the disaster hasn't affected to much stuff other than a few events that are happening his week.
On this side of the ocean my roommate and I went to the 39th Annual Boise Roadster Show on Friday and I had the pictures uploaded by Saturday. You can read about both the Roadster Show and the Miss Roadster Show on my car blog.
The rest of Saturday was spent watching the news and going to MoNAC which was a great way to get my mind off the tragedy that was unfolding in Japan. Since I traded Friday for Sunday I pretty much wasted Sunday having to head back to work. So Honestly at the moment I'm just a bit out of place especially since it was also daylight Saving on Saturday.
So now I'm at Monday morning and as soon as I'm finished with this post and the Miss Roadster Show post I'll be heading out looking at purchasing a new to me car. We went to the public auction on Friday to check out the inventory for Saturday's auction and didn't find anything there that I was interested in so it looks like I'll be picking up that white VW Jetta that I looked at on Monday last week.
I did find some nice videos this week as well
