I will admit that like a lot of people I really did find the voice over narration by Kuroko Shirai annoying at time especially when the characters were talking. Reading several lines of text and following along with the scene was seriously difficult at times requiring pauses to read everything. I can't see it being any easier if you were trying to listen to what they were saying.
Oakami-san definitely has a lot of fairy-tale references and camo appearances from other J.C. Staff properties throughout the series and some people had issues with that I however thought it was pretty cleaver at some points and thought it was different and unique. If you read the Wiki link up above it will explain all the fairytale references some of which I didn't catch at first until after reading it myself.
The story is a tale of a close group of school kids that run a club called Otagi bank and they are responsible for generally solving other students problems and issues in return for other favors. Most of the episodes revolve around this concept as the students in the group work to help other students at the same time as developing their own stories most notable though is the growing relationship between the wolf Oakami and the hunter Morino. Other than the love story there isn't really any main plot or story to the series.
I thought it was a lot of fun to watch and will definitely watch it again when FUNimation gets around to releasing the DVDs here in the states. Until if you haven't watched the series and want to yourself you can check out FUNimation's YouTube channel for the entire season still.
You can check out the trailer here though

Epic in how it turned all of /a/ into a frothing storm of fanboys who either hated or loved Toradora! a slice of life in a school setting series. Of course that just means I never listened to what /a/ had to say about Toradora! which probably helped me enjoy the series more.
Toradora! is definitely a high school tale it has it's ups and downs fighting and crying and all around hormonally charged craziness that comes with any high school students. The characters definitely make the series and you can't help but love them all or get some satisfaction out of their troubles and tribulations and the amazing amount of humor that is hidden through out the series. Even though there are a great deal of funny there is also the glimmer of something more emotional and heart warming that gives Toradora! a great mix of enjoyment.
I thought the ending was great and for any one who thought that it wouldn't turn out that way was just fooling themselves. It wrapped things up nicely I thought and less face it High School never really ends they way we want it to any ways. I'll be looking forward to this being licenesed as I really can't see some one not picking it up. I don't know if it's a must buy in my opinion but it's absolutely a must rent title.

Asu no Yoichi!: I've downloaded every episode so far but haven't been able to watch any yet due to the backlog of all the other episodes that I still have to get though but from the images I've seen from 2chan it looks to be pretty fanservice friendly.
Chrome Shelled Regios: From what I've seen of this show (2 episodes) it looks like it will be really interesting and yet again a bit fanservice friendly.
Kurokami: Ah yes the subbed and dubbed anime of the season actually I've only seen the subbed version so I don't know how the dub is going but this is one of those lets see if this works by releasing it all at once to the world and this time even throwing in a dub that's released days later. I like the show so far.
Minami-ke Okaeri: Yeah more of the girls but what the hell it's weird that the Opening and Ending sequences are in the middle of things. It goes story opening story ending story preview. And while the animation quality isn't the best I still enjoy the show because it's funny.
RideBack: ZOMG! ballet princess kicks ass at riding bi-pedal robotic transforming super bike of the future. So far pretty cool show animation reminds me a lot of Initial D though.
Shikabane Hime~Kuro: More awesome killer Corpse Princesses kicking ass and taking names. Lots more fanservice than previous season too.
Sora wo Kakeru Shoujo: Hey look even more fanservice and a robotic maid piloted by "Baked Potato" (if you watch the show you'll get it) actually pretty fun show to watch and the Quirky AI ship is awesome.
Tetsuwan Birdy Decode~02: Only been able to watch the first episode of this one so far and still it's more of cool Birdy and a bit more fanservic as well from the images that I've seen on 2chan.
Tower of Druaga - the Sword of Uruk: Again more awesome D&D type fun adventuring show and yet again a bit more fanservice than the previous season as well. Do I spot a trend of winter season shows doing a bit more fanservice to warm us all up during the cold season than normal?
Also still watching from previous season are Blade of the Immortal, Bleach, Candy Boy, Chaos Head, Kurogane no Linebarrels, Kurozuka, Michiko to Hatchin, Soul Eater, Toradora!, Xam'd: Lost Memories and finally Zettai Shougeki ~Platonic Heart~. That is a lot of anime some of that I have the complete season of I just need to finish it. It also kind of sucks because the Spring Season is just a month away so I really need to get on the ball and finish some of this stuff up before I start in on some new stuff.
