i asked questions to the posters of the thread and found answers.

and snsd thread is growing fast.
anyways, just want to thank heygingersnap for helping me find the site where i can download snsd's new songs.
im still a student and i dont have many allowance to buy the original cd so i just stick to downloading using computer...

anyways, can someone help me???
just want to ask few questions about snsd...
1. where can i find the english version of snsd's new songs?
(can anyone translate it to me and just post to the lyrics forums?)

4. what is the difference between the years in korea and the natural year..
(im kinda confused with some of the age of korean celebrities)
(example: minhwan of ft island was born on november 11, 1992, so he's 15, but some says he's already 17 in korea..)
(waaahhh..iwant the exact age of the members of snsd ,...so pls help me...)

sorry i can only answer this one..
basically in Korean culture, they start counting your age when you are in your mother's womb, so that 9 months when your mum was pregnant, that's counted as a year of your life. so when you're born, you're already one! so i guess the only different is that in korea, you're one year older... so i'm not sure why that guy is 17, i think he should be 16? not sure...? o.O

5. i just love sooyoung.. i have watched videos of her with sungmin of suju. is she the girlfriend of sungmin?
(sungmin was my fave in suju.. so i just wanna know. but if they are more than friends..oh well..it is still ok..i just love watching them. they look good together.)

No, she is not the girlfriend of Sungmin. He's 23 years old (Korean age) and she is 19 (Korean age), but they keep saying they're like brother and sister. Meaning, technically they're close, but not THAT close. Training together for a couple years would make it seem like they're close.

[edit] mmk i didn't know, so if she's born in America, and if her parents had a green card or if her parents became american citizens before she turned 18 in August, then yes she is certified (Korean-)American.

9. i have just watched the video of the "mini concert" of snsd in FM Inkigayo.. in the 2 songs, mirror mirror and lucky, if im not mistaken, taeyeon , jessica, tiffany and seohyun sang the songs...of course tiffany and jessica know english well.. is seohyun and taeyeon know how to speak and understand english well..?

Seohyun and Taeyeon had a pretty good command at speaking english in the first place, but because it's a song, all they really needed to do was memorize.
