Our Policies state that images displayed on picasaweb.google.com cannot contain obscenity, pornography[their definition of porn also included nudity], promotions of hate, incitement of violence, or spam, malicious code, or viruses. Please note that if you continue to violate these Program Policies, we may suspend your Picasa Web Albums account.

I admit that yeah the images did violate their TOU but I figured I was pretty safe since you had to willingly click on the link knowing fairly well what it was going to be. Also the albums were locked so that the only to reach said image was through that click. I just figured anyone clicking on the link wouldn't be so selfish as to report it after looking at it. Of course it could have been someone like that bitter old hag at the grocery store that makes it her job to go around turning all the magazines with scantily-clad ladies on the cover around to hide the covers. If you're that person you're really lame as hell you know.
So yeah I got just a little annoyed at the whole mess and took down the link and was going to fly into a rage about the whole darn mess but that just doesn't get us any where fast. Of course I also thought of another way to keep that naughty girl link around because I'm that guy who sees that bitter old hag and goes back to undo what she did. It's one of my many pet peeves. I'll have to find out first if it's in Blogger's TOU about text linking to naked images off site and if it will get me that dreaded adult blog listing that makes you click yes on the morality page to get to the blog. Basically I was just going to directly text link to an image off banbooru instead.
As far as I can tell I can link to images off site with out any issues or violating any TOUs so expect the naughty girl image link back tonight.
