So yeah the work was pretty normal nothing really happened there to complain about or mention. I was pretty busy running around getting the new Jetta registered and ready to roll on the road. Although I did at one point lose the registration for the car and I was frantically looking for it only to give up thinking it was lost to the void only to go out to the car open the door to get something and flop there it was.
Also on the Jetta front I just installed a Wink Mirror on Monday before heading off for the mandatory work meeting and you can read about that on the latest Project Jetta blog post on the car blog.
Saturday was a relaxing day off from work and everything as we still haven't found a new venue for the MoNAC meetups yet and gave me a chance to get everything ready for Autocross on Sunday. And I was really looking forward to it thinking it wasn't going to be slight rain in the morning and good after that.
And boy was I freaking wrong. It sucked it rained and rained hard then it was windy as all hell as well and just made for a crappy autocross event and I wen home after the first half of the event. I was just too wet, cold and miserable to continue even though by the time I got home the sun had come out and it stopped raining. So I spent the rest of Sunday taking a nap editing pictures and then heading out to a friends house to watch the latest F1 race which was a nice way to finish the week out.
