Popular group SNSD was flooded with tears after receving the top spot.

This past February 29th at KBS 2TV 'Music Bank', Kissing You was No. 1 and the girls could not contain their joy.

With their song Kissing You, SNSD was able to reach the top spot on Mnet's 'MCountdown' and SBS's 'Inkigayo' as well.

Beating out their competition which included Park JiHeun's 'The Day I Want to See' and Kim Dong Ryul's 'Let's Start Over', SNSD was able to come out victorious. Upon this victory, they said that they were very proud.

When they were announced to be No.1, all nine members cried tears of joy and created a very touching moment for viewers. Especially Tiffany, YoonA, and SeoHyun could not contain their emotions and embraced as they cried together.

Jessica said, "Thank you so much. Everyone please stay healthy."

These girls cried so much to the point that they could not sing during their encore performance. They continued embracing each other and enjoying this blessing while warming the heart of the audience.

"DSP Entertainment’s KARA debuted March 2007 and was expected to have the same success as FIN.K.L.. At the time, the quartet was better recognized by Kpop lovers and netizens compared to Wonder Girls, whom debuted a month before. But due to DSP’s poor management, the girls were overshadowed by the Tell Me Syndrome and the debut of long-awaited Girls' Generation. This lead them to fall on a comeback, scheduled for March of 2008.

Already planned to have a double comeback along with DSP’s male group, SS501, the girls have now taken another last-minute turn. Lead vocalist, Kim Sung Hee (18), recently graduated high school earlier this month, and although teased for her lack in the brains department, she still took entrance exams.

When the results came back, she was not accepted. Since Sung Hee had promised her father that she could handle a music career and her studies, she was allowed to pursue her dream - unless her grades faltered. MNet has already made plans to air the auditions in March for two new members to replace Sung Hee’s top vocals.

“After making this tough decision, KARA will comeback with a new and refreshed image”. Because Sung Hee’s departure was so sudden, DSP will not release the second album, of which they’ve been working on for six months; instead they will release a mini-album in April. This is a rash decision to debut two new singers in a month, but they have no other choice.

Talk about health issues were mentioned to be another reason why she left. The rest of KARA (Park Gyu Ri, Han Seung Yun, and Jang Nicole) are saddened but wish Sung Hee the best. It’s not clear whether Sung Hee has broken her contract with DSP or if it’s on a hiatus.

It is not confirmed whether or not if they will still perform for Korea Singers Association and the Korea Entertainment Producers ‘Safeguarding Cultural Heritage - We Love You, Korea’ campaign on March 29th. Others who were invited were Nam Jin, Jung Hoon-hee, Insooni, and, SS501."

TVXQ,Super Junior's junior,Girls Generation recently was interviewed by Taiwan's Media.There are many fun things which happened when these nine girls live in the same dormitory.

Tiffany and Seohyun's room is so messy that other members doesnt dare to go in and Sooyoung and Yuri often pranked on the members by acting as "ghosts".

미국 프랑스 스페인 등 전세계 14개국에 출판돼 히트를 기록한 일본만화 '꽃보다 남자'가 국내에서 드라마로 제작된다.

'환상의 커플' '궁' 등을 제작한 ㈜그룹에이트(대표 송병준)는 29일 "순정만화계의 전설로 통하는 만화 '꽃보다 남자'를 원작으로 한 드라마를 제작한다"고 밝혔다.

현재 만화 '꽃보다 남자'는 대만과 일본에서 이미 시즌2까지 드라마로 제작, 국내에서도 큰 인기를 모았다.

그 룹에이트 측은 "만화 '꽃보다 남자'의 저작권을 소유하고 있는 작가 카미오 요코와 일본의 메이저 출판사인 집영사가 여러 제작사들의 러브콜을 뒤로하고 그룹에이트를 최종선택했다"며 "이는 '궁'과 '환상의 커플' 등을 통해 보여준 송병준 대표에 대한 믿음 때문"이라고 밝혔다.

특히 그룹에이트 측은 "원작에 대한 뜨거운 열의와 함께 대만과 일본에 결코 뒤지지 않을 작품으로 완성시킬 그룹에이트의 제작능력이 큰 평가를 받았다"고 밝혔다.

이에 따라 드라마 '꽃보다 남자'를 이끌 꽃미남 4인방 F4로 어떤 배우가 낙점될지 관심을 모은다.

송 병준 대표는 "단순히 인기나 인지도 보다 원작의 캐릭터에 맞는 배우가 한국의 F4가 될 행운을 거머쥘 것"이라며 "현재 아시아 전역에 영향력 있는 한류스타부터 브라운관에 한번도 모습을 드러내지 않은 신인까지 골고루 검토하고 있다. 원작의 캐릭터를 가장 잘 표현할 수 있는 배우가 최종 선택될 것"이라고 밝혔다.

한편 총 70분물 24부작 미니시리즈로 제작될 한국판 '꽃보다 남자'는 현재 본격 제작준비에 착수, 올 하반기 방영을 목표로 하고 있다. 방송사는 아직 미정이다

Song Byung Joon, the chief to take over the Hana Yori Dango korea project said about CASTING:

" we will be picking the members of F4 based on how suitable their image will be able to match the F4's characters as well as their acting abilities.. " we will not focus on the actors based on their popularity and follow trends, but on ther person's acting ability, image, and new fresh faces as well." " The one who that will be able to bring out the character the best will be picked"

hm... basically the manga writer who is also known as a maniac HANRYU/ HALLYU fan has been over the years been looking for korean companies to write the story line for korean Hana Yori Dango.. and was recieved with korean story line over the years but somewhere around last year chose Group Ace.. because they wrote Goong and Fantasy Couple which were hits in japan too..as well the fact that GOONG beat the audience rating in Taiwan and other countries against Hana Yori Dango probably added to the decision

"I almost didn't debut with Girls' Generation."

Popular girl group Girls' Generation leader TaeYeon, who disappeared right before their debut, stated this in an upset way.

On the broadcasting of March 1's KBS 2TV 'Star Golden Bell' with a delighted appearance by S.E.S's Shoo (real name Ryu Soo Young), TaeYeon said, "Before we debuted, we ran a hard practice and I was exhausted," and "Girls' Generation members found there was a member missing." She added, "It was me," which surprised the audience and performers.

TaeYeon, "When I was a trainee, we went to the country/province and our houses were in Seoul, and our practices were really difficult, so secretly from the dorms I went home," she said. Tiffany, who also made an appearance, said "At that time, TaeYeon was my roommate and I went into the room, and I was surprised to see that TaeYeon's luggage wasn't there."

Kara vocalist, Kim Sung Hee announced her departure today from the group.

The decision was taken after lengthy discussions between her father who was unhappy with her for neglecting her studies and DSP Entertainment.

According to someone from DSP, "Kim Sung Hee and the other members have always got along well with each other and are on good relations. They (Park Gyu Ri, Han Seung Yeon and Jung Nicole) are noticeably sad to see her depart.

Sung Hee had earlier promised her parents that she would do her best in her studies while going about her singing duties with Kara. But because of the hectic singing schedule, she neglected her studies and due to heavy stress, she also developed health issues. She will now focus on her studies instead.

DSP will launch an audition through MNet in mid March to find new members for Kara and make up for Kim Sung Hee absence. And it's understood that they are auditioning for two members instead and make Kara a 5-member group.

DSP spokesperson added, "The process of replacing Kim Sung Hee through auditions will be shown on MNet. After going through this tough period, Kara will make their comeback with a new mature image."
