Since I absolutely loved Seitokai Yakuindomo I was very much looking forward to the OAD when it was announced and watched it the day it was released and it definitely didn't disappoint. Although there still was censored stuff in the video I had my hopes up when the OP scene was uncensored. So you get vibrating goodness that's all the uncensored goodness you get. That's my only disappoint with the episode.
This episode features a lot of Tsuda's little sister and being as she's just as sex crazed as the Pres it's no wonder they get a long very well. She also introduces a new character the delinquent Toki who really isn't much of a delinquent and more of a klutz. In addition many of the regular cast members make their own appearances here and there doing what they do best. Although Hata trades in her trademark camera for a mic to do interviews this time around.
There really isn't any plot to the extra episode it's just more slice of life adventures that are just filled with funny innuendo one liners and funny moments to keep you laughing and smiling the entire time your watching the episode. All I know is that it totally leaves you wanting more at the end of it and hoping that the series will get a North American release sometime complete with full de-censor of the good bits.
